Full Ritual Instructions

Begin by creating sacred space. Light incense and play music that helps you shift into a ritual mindset. The included herbal blend may be burned on charcoal, or you may use an incense of your own choosing.

Cleanse both your aura and your physical space using your preferred method of spiritual cleansing. You may choose to light palo santo, cedar, sage, incense, or another cleansing herb or resin that aligns with your practice. As the smoke rises, visualize obstacles, delays, dead ends, and stagnant energy dissolving and leaving your path.

If desired, create an altar or ritual workspace using symbols of your goals, business cards, résumés, contracts, vision boards, Fortune's Wheel imagery, crystals, candles, or other meaningful objects connected to the opportunities you wish to attract. If you do not maintain a formal altar, simply choose a quiet space where you can focus clearly on your intention.

If you feel called, you may also invite Lady Fortuna into your ritual. This can be as simple as writing her a petition and speaking aloud:

"Lady Fortuna, if it is your will, I welcome your blessings. I ask that you guide fortunate opportunities toward me, remove unnecessary obstacles from my path, and help me recognize and open the doors meant for me."

Or simply speak from the heart in your own words. Sincerity is far more important than following any particular script.

There is absolutely no requirement to work with Lady Fortuna to perform this ritual successfully. However, if you choose to invite her into your practice, approach her with sincerity, gratitude, and respect. You may leave offerings such as fresh flowers, fruit, grains, coins, a handwritten letter, a special key, gold-colored objects, wine, incense, or gifts connected to your desired turn of fate. In my own practice, I have found that she responds especially well to the ritual oil and herbal blend included in this kit when offered with genuine appreciation.

On a piece of paper, write a clear and specific petition describing the road you wish to open. Focus on the opportunities, solutions, luck, and outcomes you hope to receive rather than the obstacles currently standing in your way.

Hold the petition between your hands and charge it with your intention. Visualize fortunate coincidences unfolding around you. See doors opening, unexpected blessings appearing, helpful people entering your life, and circumstances aligning in your favor. Imagine yourself moving confidently toward your goals with ease, gratitude, and trust.

Next, hold the candle in your hands and charge it with the same intention. Carve words, symbols, sigils, affirmations, keys, wheels, arrows, or phrases related to your desired outcome into the wax.

Apply the ritual oil to the candle, sprinkle a small amount of herbal blend onto your petition paper, then roll the candle through the herbs while speaking your intention aloud.

Place the dressed candle into the included cast iron holder and set it inside a fire-safe bowl or dish. Fold your petition paper toward yourself once, then continue folding clockwise four times to symbolically draw luck, abundance, opportunity, and forward movement into your life. Place the folded petition beneath the candle holder.

Light the candle and allow it to burn completely. Spend several moments visualizing yourself already walking the open road before you. Feel yourself becoming a magnet for fortunate opportunities, meaningful connections, abundance, and success.

Once the candle has finished burning, leave the petition beneath the holder overnight. The following day, either burn the petition to ash in a fire-safe container or carry it with you for several days as a reminder that your path is actively unfolding.
