Each order is handcrafted, packed, and shipped from New Orleans, Louisiana.
PROCESSING TIMES
Most orders ship within 2-5 business days.
During product launches, sales events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and support of our small business.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery estimates provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, Apothika 9 is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• Weather events
• Carrier delays
• Holidays
• Customs processing
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
• Other circumstances outside our control
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and an order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
Apothika 9 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with locating the shipment or filing a carrier claim when applicable.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, import restrictions, or other charges imposed by their country.
Apothika 9 is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
